VEGAS, NV, The Springs Cafe by Wolfgang Puck is the
latest "green" addition to the Las Vegas Springs Preserve.
The 6,800 square-foot café showcases organic ingredients
from regional artisan producers and growers, and complements
the Preserve's commitment to sustainable living. Indoor and
outdoor dining is available and the wrap-around balcony provides
not only a bird's eye view of the Preserve's Amphitheatre, but
also an expansive panoramic view of the Las Vegas Strip, from
the Stratosphere all the way south past Mandalay Bay Hotel &
Casino.

"WELL" utilizing only the freshest ingredients,"

an ever-increasing passion for fresh and seasonal ingredients,
culminating in his groundbreaking WELL? program, a corporate

foods, Wolfgang Puck Catering offers an unsurpassed level of
culinary creativity that celebrates Wolfgang's Eat Love, Live
("WELL") without causing unnecessary harm to other

The
Springs Cafe by Wolfgang Puck is Wolfgang's first eco-friendly,
quick service eatery to open in Las Vegas and provides an exclusive
dining experience at the Preserve. The menu incorporates Wolfgang
Puck's health oriented culinary philosophy and includes fresh,
natural and organic ingredients. Located on the second floor
of the Gift Shop, its hours of operation are from 10:00 a.m.
